SERVICESWe automate the work that steals your team's time.
Professional services firms run on document-heavy, repetitive processes. Client intake, engagement letters, document collection, data entry, reporting. Every one of them costs time your team should be spending on billable work. We diagnose where that time goes, then build the automation that gets it back.

What we automate
-
New clients taking days to onboard when they should take minutes. Welcome emails, agreements, document requests and CRM updates all triggered manually by someone who has other things to do.
-
The same documents assembled by hand, every time, for every client. A fee earner opens a template, populates the fields, converts to PDF and emails it. Repeated for every engagement, every week.
-
Chasing clients for outstanding information is eating your team's time. Someone sends a checklist. The client ignores it. Someone follows up. This cycle repeats for every single engagement.
-
Your tools do not talk to each other, so a person has to. Data entered in one system gets manually copied into another. When they are busy, it does not happen.
-
Client follow ups only happen when someone remembers to send them. Review reminders, renewal notices, deadline notifications. All dependent on someone having the time to act.
-
Producing reports takes hours because the data lives in five different places. Every week someone manually pulls it together into a spreadsheet that takes far longer than it should.
